Considering the entire facts and circumstances, in the opinion of this Court, no case for review is made out especially because the contempt Court had already taken note of the submissions of the petitioner and had permitted to raise his factual dispute before the appellate authority.
With such liberty having been granted to the petitioner, there is no reason why the Court must entertain this review application.
