This application for grant of anticipatory bail arises out of Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 640 of 2014, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 332, 333, 307, 353, 427 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. I find substance in the submission made on behalf of the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused Niranjan Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 10517 of 2015. In view of the submission made above, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of his

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14185 of 2015 (6) dt.13-08-2015 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Madhepura (Ghailarh O.P.) P.S. Case No. 640 of 2014, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
