JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-03-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Rahui P.S. Case No. 14 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 30(a)/32(c) of Bihar Prohibition & Amendment Excise Act, 2018.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of 3 litres of country made liquor as well as 40 litres of solution of jaggery.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and has falsely been made accused int his case and house, from where, the recovery has been made is a joint house.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in

No.14261 of 2019(2) dt.07-03-2019 2/2 the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise) Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Rahui P.S.
