JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 02-05-2018 Seen the office note and the letter dated 24.04.2018 of 1st Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari.
By the said letter, learned Trial Court has reported that the trial is likely to be concluded within three months provided that the prosecution cooperates in production of remaining prosecution witnesses.
Earlier the Trial Court was directed to conclude the trial within six months and thereafter on prayer of the learned Trial Court, four months more time was granted for the said purpose on 20.12.2017. Still the trial has not been concluded.

No.29056 of 2017 (4) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 Hence, Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order positively and Superintendent of Police, East Champaran, Motihari is also directed to ensure the production of witnesses before the Court positively on the date fixed by the Court.
