The present writ petition has been been preferred for the grant of following reliefs:- "For issuance of appropriate order/direction or writ in nature of certiorari for quashing the order of the District Magistrate, Nalanda as contained in Letter No. 302 dated 03.02.2024 (Annexure-P/1 to the writ petition) and also one undated requisition received by the Pramukh on 15-01-2024 (Annexure-P/2 to the writ petition), which has been accepted by the district magistrate as valid requisition, dehors the provisions of law."

Learned counsel for the petitioners candidly submit that after the filing of the writ petition, lots of development took place inasmuch as subsequently, the 'No Confidence Motion' was passed against him which followed notification of election date and the election was held, new incumbent has stepped in.

4. In that background, he submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file appropriate petition along with appropriate documents.
5. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
