2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 66/66(c)/66(d) of the I.T. Act.
3. The case of prosecution is that the mobile of the informant was misplaced. It has been submitted that the mobile was having two SIMs and one of the SIMs was connected with the bank. It has also been submitted that Rs.60,000 has been withdrawn from the account of the informant. During the course of the investigation, it has come that the said amount was transferred in the account of one Aparna Mistry, having Account No.60493853903 in Bank of Maharashtra.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that this petitioner is only an employee of the firm Fast Grow Agency. Nothing has been received in his account. The petitioner is in custody since 19.12.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Arwal Cyber P.S. Case No.17 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Arwal. (Ashok Kumar Pandey, J) sharun/- U T
