ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 15-04-2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though they have given a proposal to the respondents bank for giving OTS vide letter dated 05.09.2024 seeking payment of Rs. 13,86,000/-, the authorities have, however, rejected the same. Thereafter, the authorities have credited the amount of Rs. 5,00,000/- paid by the petitioner to the loan account and as on date approximately 12 lakhs odd is the outstanding due loan

Patna High Court CWJC No.3234 of 2024(14) dt.15-04-2025 2/2 amount. Learned counsel has stated that the petitioner is ready to pay the entire amount due provided installments are given to him.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has stated that the petitioner may be directed to approach the respondents bank for paying the outstanding amount of Rs. 12,00,000/- sought in equal installments to be fixed by the bank. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that this Court may pass necessary orders for repayment of the balance loan amount in installments.

Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to pay an amount of Rs. 2.5 lakhs by 15th May, Rs. 2.5 lakhs by 15th June, Rs. 2.5 lakhs by 15th July, Rs. 2.5 lakhs by 15th August and another Rs. 2.5 lakhs by 15th September of 2025. If any amount is still due from the petitioner, the same shall be also paid on such information being given by the bank.

4. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
