JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No. 358 of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 448, 337, 380, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Taking into consideration that petitioner is a lady and it is only stated that she took away grains from the house of the informant, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of her arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
