2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 406 and 34 of the I.P.C.

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petitioner along with other co-accused persons have already deposited the excess amount which is alleged to have been withdrawn by the petitioner, pursuant to order dated 04.01.2024, passed in B.P. No. 6483 of 2023 by learned VIIIth Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.

4. Considering the fact that the alleged amount has allegedly been deposited by the petitioner and having clean
