====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 15-03-2016 Heard the learned counsel, Mr. Pramod Kumar, for the petitioner. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed against the order dated 30.09.2015 passed by Sub Judge III, Sheikhpura in Title Suit No18 of 2015 whereby the Court below has rejected the injunction application filed by the plaintiff petitioner. It may be mentioned here that the supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is exercised by the High Court against the order against which neither forum of appeal is provided nor forum of revision is provided. So far the impugned order in the present case is concerned, the petitioner has got remedy under the Code of Civil Procedure, therefore, there is no question of invoking supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India arises. Thus, this writ application is dismissed.
