Petitioner is an accused in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019 for the offence registered under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2019.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13475 of 2020(2) dt.02-03-2020 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwachainpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019.
