JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 147 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 17 of the Cr.LA Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Petitioner's name has figured during course of investigation in confessional statement of co-accused Ashok Tanti who was arrested on the spot and he has already been allowed bail vide order passed in Cr.Misc.No. 14998 of 2016. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2021. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing
