For the Petitioner/s : Mr. Alok Kumar Jha For the Opposite Party/s : Mr. Ashok Kumar Singh 1 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and various sections of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that petitioner was caught on the spot while making attempt to commit loot, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sonbarsa P.S. Case No. 96 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi is again rejected.
However, the trial court must expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same as early as possible. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) SHAHZAD/- U T
