Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Two unknown persons fired at the husband of the informant as a result whereof he died. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Co-accused Abhay Singh @ Abhay Kumar, who is also not named in the FIR, has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 20.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 58125 of 2018 (Annexure-3). Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 06.06.2018, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
