It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that after the petitioner was made an accused in the present case, he was made accused in two other cases, about which reference has been made in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Considering the nature of accusation against the petitioner and his period of custody, he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarahana at Dhaka, East Champaran in connection with Kundwa Chainpur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2019.

The application stands allowed.
