The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that minor girl of the informant has been abducted by all the F.I.R named accused persons including the petitioners.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case since they are father and brother of co-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23079 of 2021(3) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 accused Pawan Kumar. It is further submitted that for the alleged occurrence of 16.06.2020, the F.I.R has been registered on 20.07.2020. Moreover, good sense has prevailed between the parties and both the parties have compromised the matter.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 222 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
