The petitioner has filed the instant application for

Patna High Court C. REV. No.65 of 2016 (4) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 reviewing the order dated 05.01.2015 passed in M.J.C. No. 2249 of 2014 arising out of C.W.J.C. No.8945 of 2014. We find no ground to review the earlier order dated 05.01.2015, since there is no error apparent on the record. This Court has already granted necessary liberty to the petitioner in paragraph-5 of the contempt application.

In view of the above, the Review Application is dismissed.
