15-06-2015 Heard Sri Ghanshyam Tiwary, learned counsel for petitioners and Sri Gauri Shankar Gupta, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Three petitioners, apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No. 2382(C) of 2012 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 379/34 and 385 of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that for trivial dispute, the present complaint petition was filed. He further submits that though, it has been alleged that the accused persons had demanded ransom and also snatched money, no step was

In view of the facts and circumstances, let the aforesaid petitioners, namely; Kundan Kumar @ Kundan Saw, Sunil Kumar @ Sunil Saw and Ganauri Saw be enlarged on bail in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Md. Saleem, learned Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No. 2382(C) of 2012, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
