JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 28-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under sections 420, 379/34 of the Indian Penal.

It is alleged that the petitioner has taken away Carbon copy of the answer sheet.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no useful purpose would be served by taking away the Carbon copy of the answer sheet. He further submits that the petitioner has been implicated on mere suspicion.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, namely, Ranjan Kumar is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of his arrest/surrender, in connection with Aurangabad Town P.S. Case No.347 of 2015, on furnishing
