The petitioners seek bail in CC 151 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 50 of the Indian Wild Life Protection Act, 1972.

The petitioners were apprehended while smuggling of snakes and horns of deer.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioners are in jail since 20.03.2017, the petitioners above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in CC 151 of 2017.
