JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 07-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.548 of 2017, a case under Sections 341/323/308/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute civil suit is going on between the parties. There is allegation that the petitioners caused injury with lathi at the head of the respective injured. There is case and counter case. Petitioners also sustained injury at the hands of the prosecution side.

Considering the entire facts aforesaid, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12933 of 2018 (2) dt.07-03-2018 P2/ the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Wazirganj Police Station Case No. 548 of 2017, with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
