Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307, 353, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 75 of Bihar Mines Act.

Allegation is that the petitioner was identified in the mob who was involved in scuffle with the police for non-action of the police against illegal mining of sand. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with
