Heard the learned counsel for the informant.

None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail by order dated 08.12.2021 in Cr.Misc. No. 52862 of 2021 and the petitioner was directed to surrender within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the said order. A prayer has been made in the modification petition that the petitioner was busy in treatment of his father, namely,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15661 of 2022(4) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 Lal Sahab Rai who was suffering from chronic kidney disease and it was the reason that he could not surrender before the court below.

For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order 08.12.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 52862 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from today. The learned court below shall ensure compliance of the order dated 08.12.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 52862 of 2021. Office shall ensure that all the defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
