The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 504/ 326 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code .
The allegation is that when the informant was returning from the market, he asked the petitioner, who is an auto driver, to stop the auto but the petitioner herein had refused to stop and had also told the petitioner not to sit in his auto, on which the petitioner and informant started quarrelling with each other, whereupon the petitioner is said to have taken outa knife and inserted the same in the stomach of the informant resulting in grave injury to the informant.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

No.12846 of 2019(2) dt.01-03-2019 2/2 petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, he is having a clean antecedent and has been sufficiently punished inasmuch as he is languishing in custody since 21.05.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Patna in connection with Patliputra P.S. Case No. 210 of 2018.
