For the rest of the relief sought in this writ application namely, arrears of sixth pay revision, arrears of third ACP and arrears of motorcycle allowance for the period 23.07.2003 to 31.03.2011, this writ application is not maintainable as they are not retirement benefit.

With the aforementioned observation and direction, this application is disposed of.
