The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Chandradeep P.S. Case no. 75 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. The informant stated that his daughter Anita Devi was married to Manoj Yadav 13 years ago. The accused persons were torturing her and for that her daughter filed case No. 146 of 2013 in Mahila Help Line, Sheikhpura. The case was compromised. Thereafter accused persons killed his daughter. It is submitted that the informant did not make any allegation about the torture against the petitioners. The husband is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16104 of 2015 (2) dt.28-04-2015 2/2 in jail. Sister-in-law Minta Devi has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc.14461 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Chandradeep P.S. Case No. 75 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) Rakhi/- U T
