Petitioner seeks bail in Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

53.1 litres of liquor is said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner and for that the petitioner is in jail since 27.01.2020.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No.48 of 2020 arising out of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.19 of 2020.
