ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 By order dated 16.03.2017 passed in Cr.Misc. No.47601 of 2016, it appears that a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has passed an order directing conclusion of the trial within a period of one year.

The petitioner is the main accused in the present case and as per the report dated 22nd May, 2017, the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur has stated that the trial will be concluded within a period of one year. Accordingly, this Court directs that the trial may proceed on day-to-day basis so that it is concluded within a period of one year from the date of the said report.

The application thus stands dismissed.
