Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.71 of 2011, registered under Sections 302/201 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the material transpired during investigation is that petitioner along with her husband and one another suspected to have killed the deceased due to deceased having illicit affair with the petitioner's daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no evidence collected during investigation except suspicion raised against the petitioner and her husband, the husband of the petitioner has been admitted to bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court and the case of this petitioner is similarly situated.

No.4250 of 2018(2) dt.01-02-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Sanju Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Karja P.S. Case No.71 of 2011.
