From the counter affidavit filed on behalf of Respondent No.6, it appears that this petitioner has been issued show-cause notice vide memo no. 269 dated 30.09.2024 and the date of hearing was also fixed but there is nothing on record to show that whether such hearing was carried out by the District Programme Officer, Literacy, Muzaffarpur on the date fixed.

3. Since there is no specific statement with regard to any action taken pursuant to such notice, therefore, taking into

Patna High Court CWJC No.4843 of 2020(10) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 consideration the materials which are brought on record by the petitioner for adjudication of her grievances, this Court finds appropriate to direct this petitioner to appear before the District Programme Officer, Literacy, Muzaffarpur within a period of four weeks from today and on submission of all such material documents to get her grievances adjudicated, the District Programme Officer, Literacy, Muzaffarpur by providing all opportunities will pass an appropriate order and if required, this petitioner may be called at subsequent stage also to file any such documents which might be required for adjudication and accordingly, necessary orders shall be passed addressing all her claims.

If it is found that petitioner is legally entitled to continue on the post, then this petitioner shall be permitted to continue and all such arrears of salary shall also be paid to this petitioner within a further period of eight weeks, as against the duties discharged; which are found to be valid and current salary shall also be paid to the petitioner without any hindrance.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of.
