Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners informs this Court that substantial amount of retiral dues, as claimed for in the present writ petition, has already been paid to the petitioner. However, with respect to other retiral dues and entitlement of interest, the petitioners seeks to file detail representation before the Chairman, Patna Zila Khadi Gramodhyog Sangh, Head Office, Patna.

3. The Chairman, Patna Zila Khadi Gramodhyog Sangh, Head Office, Patna is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioners within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.
