The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Udakishunganj P.S. Case No.339 of 2018 registered under Sections 447, 341, 323, 384, 504, 353, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant (doctor of P.H.C., Udakishunganj) alleged that on 09.11.2018 while he was on emergency duty the petitioner along with some anti-social elements came and asked the informant to change the injury report already issued by him earlier. On refusal, the petitioner and others assaulted the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case has already been compromised. The petitioner was not present, but it appears that the petitioner has got criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12360 of 2019(3) dt.21-05-2019 2/2 antecedents and there is allegation that it was the petitioner, who entered into the premises and assaulted the doctor only to get the injury report of his own choice.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
