====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE KHATIM REZA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner approached this Court for grant of bail in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 198 of 2021for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506, 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier vide order dated 17.08.2022, provisional bail was granted to the petitioner (husband) and notice was issued to opposite party no. 2 (wife). Respecting the notice, O.P. No. 2 (wife) and the petitioner (husband) appeared today i.e. on 21.09.2022 with their respective counsels. The parties i.e.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13903 of 2022(3) dt.21-09-2022 2/2 husband and wife entered into discussion for resolving the dispute and on deliberation, the matter stood resolved as the husband (petitioner) assured of keeping the wife with honour and dignity and would lead happy conjugal life, the wife also assured this Court that she would also refrain from indulging into altercation and would lead a happy life. Taking into consideration, the spirit of the parties and the assurance given by the parties (husband and wife), this Court is confirming the provisional bail granted vide order dated 17.08.2022.
