The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. The victim girl disclosed that Md. Ashif Alam enticed her away for marriage and took her to Jasidih. Md. Ashif Alam asked her to sit in a train where Guljar Ansari (petitioner) was there. Guljar Ansari took her to Hyderabad and confined her in a room. It is submitted that the petitioner did not kidnap the victim but it appears that it is the petitioner who took the victim from Jasidih to Hyderabad and kept her confined in a room. The victim is a minor girl aged 14 years.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16238 of 2016 (3) dt.01-07-2016 2/2 enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 259 of 2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) Dilip/- U T
