2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 247 of 2022 arising out of APM P.S. Case No. 33 of 2022 instituted for the offences u/s 302, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.6.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65262 of 2023 with a direction to trial court to expedite the trial.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner is that the trial has not been concluded as yet knowing the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 21.6.2022. It is also

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

6. However, learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail.
