The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, seeks a direction upon the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, to dispose off the appeal filed by the petitioner bearing Arms Appeal No. 348 of 2023, within a stipulated time frame. 3.
The learned counsel for the Respondent-State submits that the aforesaid appeal, filed by the petitioner, shall definitely be disposed off by the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, within a stipulated time frame. 4.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna Division, Patna, to dispose off the aforesaid appeal, filed
Patna High Court CWJC No.3323 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 by the petitioner, by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law and upon considering all the issues, raised by the petitioner in his appeal, within a period of eight weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order. 5.
Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
