====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners are accused in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 431 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of A.C.J.M.-IV, Muzaffarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15244 of 2020(4) dt.14-07-2020 2/2 vehemently opposed the prayer of the petitioners by contending that petitioners are named in the first information report with direct allegation. They have been arrested on the spot. Further submission is that the postmortem report corroborates the allegation as alleged in the first information report. Hence, he does not deserve for grant of regular bail.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners for grant of regular bail is rejected.
