Learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, the office will place the matter before the Bench.

Today a supplementary affidavit has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioners in Court which is kept on record.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23122 of 2021(4) dt.28-10-2021 2/3 Code.

The petitioners in association of his family members are said to have killed the sister of the informant by pressing her neck.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no such occurrence as alleged ever took place. They are quite innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case as they are in-laws of the deceased. The petitioners are living separately with the husband of the deceased. They have no concern with day to day affairs of the husband of the deceased. The husband of the deceased surrendered on 26.10.2021 in the learned Court below, which is mentioned in para-3 of the supplementary affidavit. The allegation levelled against the petitioners is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. The petitioners have no criminal antecedent and have been languishing in custody since 21.09.2020. Learned APP for the State opposed the bail petition.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
