The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per allegation, about 35 liters toddy were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is stated that his antecedent is clean and he is in custody since 27.05.2017.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32095 of 2017 (2) dt.13-07-2017 2 / 2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Addl. District & Sessions Judge II - cum - Special Officer, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 380 of 2017.
