Patna High Court MJC No.4983 of 2014 dt.30-01-2015 2/2 present contempt petition has been filed asserting non-compliance of the judgment dated 23.09.2010, passed in L.P.A. No. 412 of 2003, Annexure-1, as respondent authorities in compliance of the said judgment have allowed two different dates for granting matric trained scale to the petitioners and others without there being any justification for grant of two different dates. In this connection, it is submitted that another batch of contempt petition bearing M.J.C. No. 613 of 2013 (Chandrakant and others Vs. State of Bihar and others) has been heard by another Bench of the High Court and judgment/ order has been kept reserved on 04.12.2014. It is submitted that in case any favourable order is passed in M.J.C. No. 613 of 2013 present petitioner should also be governed by the order passed in the said case.
