JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2017 Heard Sri Chandra Mauli Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AC to GP-20. The petitioner has approached this Court, invoking its writ jurisdiction under Article-226 of the Constitution of India, with a prayer to direct the Respondents to include his name in the panel of Class-IV employees in the Collectorate of Samastipur. The petitioner has claimed that he had worked as dailywager in the year 2006 in the Collectorate/ Sadar Sub Division, Samastipur. In this case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent nos. 2 to 4 and statement has been made that the petitioner had worked only for fifteen days on daily wage basis and, as such, he was not entitled to be included in the panel.

Patna High Court CWJC No.4907 of 2015 (4) dt.13-02-2017 2/2 In view of the fact that he had worked only fifteen days, I do not find any ground to pass favourable order. The writ petition stands disposed of.
