JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 28-03-2016 Law is already settled not in one but many a cases by this High Court that a physical teacher can never be put to be Incharge of a school as he does not belong to a cadre of teachers, who can get the benefit of officiating as Incharge of a school. His claim that he is senior and that should beget him the benefit of Incharge is misplaced. There is nothing illegal with the impugned order contained in Annexure-1, dated 27.1.2014. Writ application is dismissed.
