The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P.) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 1594 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(a)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the accused persons including the petitioner having kidnapped the victim girl, however, subsequently she was returned to her house safely. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the petitioner has been given clean chit by the victim girl and in any case, there is no allegation of any kind of sexual assault upon the victim girl. It is further submitted that the petitioner is having a clean antecedent

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12260 of 2019(2) dt.27-02-2019 2/2 and is languishing in custody since 06.12.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-Ist, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnaur (R.S.O.P) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 1594 of 2018.
