2. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authority to make payment of 1st, 2nd and 3rd ACPs which is admissible as per law and also to pay the interest upon delay payment.

3. Counsel for the State submits that counter-affidavit has been filed in which it has been accepted that vide Memo No.2053 dated 17.08.2017, benefit of 1st ACP has been granted to the petitioner on 15.01.2009.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed off directing the respondent authority to provide 2nd and 3rd ACPs.

5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby disposed off, directing the petitioner to file representation before the Respondent No.2 within 30 days from the date of disposal of the writ petition and the respondent No.2 is directed to provide 2nd and 3rd ACPs, if it has been found that petitioner is entitled for the same, within 90 days in accordance with law. Since general election of Lok Sabha, 2024 has been notified, therefore, 90 days shall be counted after end of the election.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application is hereby disposed off.
