There happens to be an allegation of assault over the person of the informant by Harigovind Yadav, Pradip Yadav (petitioner) and Rajdeep Yadav by means of lathi, danda and axe.

From the order impugned, it is evident that there happens to be case and counter case for the occurrence. Further, it is evident that other co-accused have already been granted regular bail vide B.P.No. 62/2020. All the injuries are simple caused by hard and blunt substance.

That being so, the petitioner is well advised to surrender before the learned lower court with a prayer for bail which learned lower court will favourably consider in the light of the finding recorded hereinabove and in terms thereof, the instant petition is disposed of.
