Taking note of recovery made from the conscious possession of the petitioner, again, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail on the ground mentioned in my previous order dated15.12.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 41129 of 2015. Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 167 of 2016 arising out of Kundwa Chainpur P.S.Case No. 108 of 2013 pending in the court learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran stands rejected.

However, the trial court should proceed with the trial of the petitioner even by separating his case from the case of other absconder accused persons.
