JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 387/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation levelled against the petitioner as well as his criminal antecedent, I am again not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 908 of 2015 arising out of Shastrinagar P.S. Case No. 360 of 2015 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge-IX, Patna stands rejected.
