This application has been challenged by the petitioner for quashing the order taking cognizance dated 09.10.2014 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Biharsharif, Nalanda in Sare P.S. Case No. 100 of 2013 for the offences under Section 406, 419, 420, 423, 424, 467, 468, 471, 474 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

There was no stay since 2015 and it seems that the matter has proceeded in the Court below as the learned counsel

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12173 of 2015(3) dt.13-02-2023 2/2 for the petitioner also has no instruction from the client. In these circumstances, this application stands dismissed.
