JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Araria P.S. Case No. 820 of 2018 for the offenses under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 23.11.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than three months, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
