The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant made allegation that an agreement was executed to sell a piece of land and the informant paid Rs. 47 lakhs and odd but the petitioner did not execute the sale deed. It is submitted that the petitioner is ready to return the entire amount. Considering the facts aforesaid, on such, the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the
